ART & PARTNER Law Firm, berdiri sejak 1 Juni 2008 di kawasan bisnis Kuningan, Jakarta. Kantor Hukum yang didirikan Robikin Emhas, S.H., M.H., Syarif Hidayatullah, S.H., MBA., Syamsudin Slawat Pesilette, S.H., Muchtar Sindang, S.H, S.E., dan Joni Gusyawan Sambaum ini merupakan transformasi dari ART & PARTNER Attorney at Law dan ART PARTNER Law Office. Demikian berdasarkan Akta Notaris Nomor 15 tanggal 30 Desember 2016.

ART & PARTNER Law Firm fokus pada layanan konsultasi hukum dan litigasi, dengan kompetensi utama (main competence) penanganan perkara yang memerlukan konsentrasi pada wilayah hukum publik.

Upaya litigasi yang diberikan kepada klien mempunyai implikasi edukasi hukum kepada publik. Perkara hukum yang bersifat konvensional, baik di wilayah perdata, pidana dan tata usaha negara maupun konstitusionalitas suatu norma terselesaikan melalui penalaran hukum yang ditransformasikan secara cermat dalam teks, retorika dan argumentasi hukum.

Perkara hukum yang bersentuhan dengan dunia politik (Pemilihan Umum ditingkat nasional dan daerah) maupun konstitusionalitas norma (Mahkamah Konstitusi) menjadi fokus layanan dan kompetensi utama. ART & PARTNER Law Firm, established on June 1, 2008 in the business area of Kuningan, Jakarta. The Law Office founded by Robikin Emhas, SH, MH, Syamsudin Slawat Pesilette, SH, and Joni Gusyawan Sambaum is a transformation of ART & PARTNER Attorney at Law and ART PARTNER Law Office, based on the Notarial Deed Number 15 dated December 30, 2016.

ART & PARTNER Law Firm focuses on legal consulting and litigation services, with main competence in case handling that requires concentration in the area of public law.

Litigation effort given to clients have legal education implications for the public. Conventional law cases, in the areas of civil, criminal and state administration as well as the constitutionality of a norm are resolved through legal reasoning which is carefully transformed in text, rhetoric and legal arguments.

Legal cases in touch with the world of politics (General Elections at the national and regional levels) as well as the constitutionality of norms (the Constitutional Court) have become the focus of services and main competencies, in line with the escalation of market demand (clients) since democracy party in 2009. In a short span of time, ART & PARTNER Law Firm grows as an advocate and legal consultant institution that is open to a series of events and strategic policies in Indonesia.
