The Law Office founded by Robikin Emhas, SH, MH, Syamsudin Slawat Pesilette, SH, and Joni Gusyawan Sambaum is a transformation of ART & PARTNER Attorney at Law and ART PARTNER Law Office, based on the Notarial Deed Number 15 dated December 30, 2016.
ART & PARTNER Law Firm focuses on legal consulting and litigation services, with main competence in case handling that requires concentration in the area of public law.
Litigation effort given to clients have legal education implications for the public. Conventional law cases, in the areas of civil, criminal and state administration as well as the constitutionality of a norm are resolved through legal reasoning which is carefully transformed in text, rhetoric and legal arguments.
Legal cases in touch with the world of politics (General Elections at the national and regional levels) as well as the constitutionality of norms (the Constitutional Court) have become the focus of services and main competencies, in line with the escalation of market demand (clients) since democracy party in 2009.
